We offer our retail customers shipping with Australia Post:
- Parcel Post with tracking – $12.00 (free for orders over $140)
- Express Parcel Post with tracking – $16.00 (Although we’re not in a ‘next day’ zone, the parcel will be expedited through the postal network to you.)
We ship on: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Shipping with Australia Post. Delivery can take between two and nine days. Wholesale orders are shipped via FedEx or Toll and can take two to five days for delivery. All items are sent with tracking information and require a signature on receipt. If you waive the signature requirement then we can take no responsibility for the item once it leaves us.
RETURNS
As our pet treats are food items, we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns with the products you have purchased please contact us to discuss a refund and/or replacement products.
