Beef paddywhack is the nuchal ligament, a strong elastic ligament in the midline of the neck of sheep or cattle that relieves the animal of the weight of its head. A long-lasting, digestible chew that your dogs will love, made from premium Australian Beef. This is especially good for heavy chewers and is a fabulous natural alternative to rawhide.
